The River Lodge Surgery

We are pleased to welcome new patients who move into our practice area.

Please bring your medical card or, alternatively, you will be given a form to complete at the practice. To prevent fraud in the NHS, patients wishing to register with the practice are now required to provide two forms of identification before registering; as examples, either a passport, driving license, birth certificate, etc, plus a form of identification to prove your current address. New patients are encouraged to attend for a health check with one of the practice nurses. If you are currently on repeat prescriptions you will need to be seen by a doctor to discuss your medications.
