The River Lodge Surgery

IMPORTANT NOTICE

TUESDAY 28TH AND WEDNESDAY 29TH JULY

River Lodge and Ringmer Surgeries will be experiencing disruptions on the above two dates due to essential computer maintenance.

The following disruptions may affect you.  Please ensure you plan in advance to avoid any delays or inconvenience during the above two dates.

• Repeat Prescription Requests will not be processed from 11am on Tuesday 28th July or all day Wednesday 29th July.  Please ensure you put in your requests early to avoid any delay.

• We will not have access to any computerised patient medical records during the above two dates

• The Practice will be closed on the afternoon of Tuesday 28th July.  An emergency number will be provided on this date for any medical emergencies.

• Emergency-only appointments will operate on Wednesday 29th July as, again, we will not have access to any computerised medical records.
