MAKE
AN APPOINTMENT?
All consultations are by appointment only. We offer over 700 appointments each
week, but there are no consultations on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
Please call at reception
or telephone during surgery opening hours only. We aim to give patients an appointment
within 48 hours to see a doctor and 24 hours to see a health care professional
in line with the Government's 'Access Plan'. Our ultimate objective is to always
have appointments available on the day. We will still have appointments available
for booking in advance. Patients at 16 years old who have not been seen within
three years and request a consultation will be given the opportunity to consult
on areas appropriate to their circumstances. Patients aged 75 and over who have
not been seen within the previous 12 months will be offered examinations appropriate
to their circumstances.
HOW DO I...
OBTAIN A HOME VISIT?
If you are too ill to come to the surgery, then you can be seen at home. If possible
please try to ring before 10.00am on the appropriate number:
